Payments, Reservations, and Other Information for Event Catering and Tearoom Rental

Reservations for private events are processed on a first come, first serve basis. Please note that your date and selected tea items will not be reserved until a deposit is made.

To book your rentals for a special event, please contact our office by phone or email only.

A deposit of 50% is required to secure a reservation and the desired tea items. The remaining balance is due 5 days before the delivery or pickup date from Rent A Tea Party, which can be paid in cash at that time.

Please be aware that there is a $125.00 minimum rental for our event catering services.
